LONDON, July 31. Mr Victor Grayson, ex-M.P., speaking at' Bradford, said the Insurance Bill would smash the friendly societies, destroy trades unions, and reduce workers to national vassals. He did not think a more dangerous Bill had "been introduced during the last fifty years.
