CAPE TOWN, July 31
General Hertzog, speaking at Port Elizabeth, said that what South Africa wanted was - not consolidation of the British or Dutch, but consolidation of South Africans. He warned the people against cosmopolitan capital, without patriotism, exploiting South Africa.
