FACTORY MEETING.

[FROM OTJR OWN CORRESPONDENT.] The 18th report and balance sheet of the above company was presented to the shareholders at the annual meeting' held here on Friday, the chairman of directors (Mr D. Hurley) presiding. The milk supplied to the factory was 4,136,541 pounds. The butter fat amounted to 156,209 pounds, and the cheese produced was 405,354 poiiids nett. The average test was 3.77, a:id the pounds of milk to pounds of cheese 10.18, the rates being t*bO. The amount paid out for butter fat to suppliers was ll^d, leaving a credit cf £503j out. of which the -iiractors recommended that a bonus of le pad out to suppliers, along with a dividend vof 6 per cent, on share capital. This would still leave a credit baance of £116, and on the motion of the chairman it was decided to pay it out to the suppliers pro rata.
