DUNEDIN, May 8. In refusing an application to shift j iihe site of the Mosgiel railway station nearer Dunedin, and the stoppage of expresses at Mosgiel, the Hon. J. A. Millar made an interesting statement re the cost of railway duplication works. The Dunedin-Taieri' section, he said, had cost up to date about half a million sterling. ■ . j
