RECIPROCITY.

PRESSURE ON THE PREMIER. FURTHER OPPOSITION OFFER. BY CABLE—PEESB ASSOCIATION—COPYBIGHT. OTTAWA, May 4. It has not been settled yet whether Sir Wilfrid Laurier will go to London. The Opposition offers an adjournment of Parliament for two months, with a postponement for that period of the Reciprocity Bill. Pressure in favor of the Premier going to London is so great that it is believed, that he will accept the Opposition's proposal, or else leave the House sitting for the transaction of the busi-. ness of supply and other public measures, i Prorogation, and an extra session in September, are believed to be probable.
