BY CABLE— PEESS ASSOCIATION— COPYRIGHT. (Received Nov. 1, 9.5 a.m.) LONDON, Oct. 81. The wheat and flour afloat for the United Kingdom is 2,660,000 quarters ; for the Continent, 2,275,000 quarters. The Atlantic shipments amounted to 254,000 quarters; Pacific, 45,000 quarters. The total for Europe is 1,775,000 ouarters, including Argentine 60,000, Russia 870,000, Danubian 255,000, India 82,000, Australasia 95,000.
