EIGHT RUSSIAN BATTALIONS INFECTED. BY CABLE— PRESS ASSOCIATION— COPYRIGHT. (Received Nov. 1, 2.45 p.m.) CONSTANTINOPLE, O^t. 31. Numerous cases of cholera occurred at the troop manoeuvres. Eight infected battalions have been isolated, including military school students.
