FRESH AIR.
Fresh air gives restful sleep. So keep your bedroom window open an kich or so at the top. To sleep in a positive draught, though, is, in this country, mere foolery. As much as possible Scouts should endeavor to avoid catching cold. A cold, say, in the head, may seem to be a trivial thing, subject for consideration only to those who are mollycoddles. But, remember this, when we mortals contract a cold our spirits, whether we realise it or not, are certain to become more or less depressed; and you know that at such times when a fellow is a trifle dull he doesn't "do things." Therefore, 'ware colds.
