OrEF*! ARBOOIATTON.I (Received May 24, 9.20 a.m.) CONSTANTINOPLE, May 23. An Albanian noble serving in the Turkish army who joined the rebels was raptured and condemned, to death for desertion. Mrza Boy, tho Turkish commandant, refused to excuse t!io nob Jo's son, who was a member of Uskub garrison, from joining in the firing party, and the son accordingly fired in the air. Mrza arrested him, and the young man committed suicide by Kinging himself in a- cell. The Albanians are indignant, and Mrza has been removed to another garrison.
