WELLINGTON, May 23. At the Supreme Court to-day James Cummings and John Hennessy, for assault and robbery, were each sentenced to eighteen months' imprisonment. Edward William Kelly and Alexander Driscoll, for assault with intent to rob, were each sent to prison for twenty-one months.
