CANCER IN FISH.
(Received April 11. 8.5 a.m.) NEW YORK, April 10. President Taft, in a message to Congress, asks Congress for an appropriation to investigate the cause of cancer in fish, hoping in this way to throw light upon the disease as it affects human beings.
