WELLINGTON, April 11. - The weather was perfect for the second day of the Wellington Racing Club's meeting. Ingoda established .* record for the St. Leger Stakes in 3mm 2sec (being 3soc ahead, of Treadmills time in 1904). The totahsator investments were £16,102, as against £13,270 on the corresponding day of last year The total for the meeting was £28,571 10s, as against £24,808 last year. Bookmakers' fees totalled £300 10s, eight operating inside and thirteen outside. Hurdles— Gold Bird 1, Hydrant 2, Longner 3. Also started: Exmoor, Moole, Chase Mab. Time, 2.46 4-5. Gold Bird made a splendid finish, and won by half a length. _ Hutt Handicap— Trugamm 1, Bolun 2, Mataari 3. All started. Won by a length and a half. Time, 1.41 4-5. Muritoi Handicap— Sail Lass 1, •koahora 2, St. Felix 3. Also rail : Royal Marine, Succession, Idealism, Explosive, and Ukraine. Autumn HandicapTrHushandman L, Lady Medallist 2, Bridge 3. Also ran: Equitas, Effort, Diabolo, Sir Tristram, Osiris, Adria and Cronsladt. St. Loger Stakes— lngoda 1, Milan 2, Kilwinning 3. Also ran: Marengo. Pacific Handicap— Tenterhook 1, Kino- Soult 2, Dearest 3. Also ran: Emblem, Golden l^oop, Lord Kelvin, British Maid, Deploy and Complexity. Suburban Handicap— Gipsy Belle 1, Parula 2, Ballarat 3. Also started: North-East, Tumut, Kilmdim, Sharpshooter, Advantage, and Mon Ami. Bplmont Handicap— Louis 1, Lehora 2, Rongomai 3. Also ran: Magneto, Faunus, Kina, First Battery and Explosive.
