SAN FRANCISCO, April 9.
Field-Marshal Lord Kitchener is the guest of Admiral Eberle at San Francisco. The visitor was toasted as "xhe greatest living general to-day." Lord Kitchener did not attend a military parade, as he is anxious to avoid public receptions and the importunities of interviewers.
