Sir George Reid (Commonwealth High Commissioiler) and 'the Hon. N. Moore (Premier of West Australia) were the guests of the Glasgow Corporation. Sir George Reid said that wha* Australia asked was that Britain's children should go, not to foreign lands, but to develop the Empire. Mr Moore addressed a large meeting of intending emigrants.
