Mr Drysdale's action for £10,000 for alleged libel against Lord Rosebery has been dismissed, the Judge remarking, in justice to plaintiff, that the result of the investigations of accounts was a satisfactory one. Mr Drysdale was a former factor of the Dalmeny estate.
