' For the convenience of tn© parties Interested, at the Magistrate's, Court this morning Mr Turnbull read his decision in the case in which R. W. Hamerton (Secretary of the Patea Racing CJub) sought to recover from F. W. Better, of ]£anaia, the sum of £50 l^B 6d, being the amount of a dishonored cheque wluch defendant had endorsed •at the Patea ra^es. Tse case was h.esrrd at Hawera on October 6. The judgment wm be delivered at Patea on 'Monday, and in the meantime the solicitors concerned— Mr jSellar for plaintiff (instructed by Mr Mackay, of Wanganui), and Mr Welsh for defendant— are to agree as to costs.
