At a meeting of the Invercargill Ministers' Association to-day, it was unanimously resolved to place on record their conviction, based on extended observation, "That the effects of Nolicense in Invercargill since its inauguration have been decidedly beneficial to the community as a whole. The moral benefits are indisputably great, and of the evil results with regard to business; freely predicted by our opponents there is no trace. We have, therefore, no hesitation in strongly recommending this salutary reform. '
