I PRESS ASSOOTATION.! WELLINGTON, October 26. The total amount collected by the Salvation Army in New Zealand during self-denial week is £11,630. This is £760 more than was obtained last year. Wellington is at the top of the list with £1075.
THE KAPITI RE-FLOATED. '
WELLINGTON, October 26.
The steamer Kapiti, which Was beached in Wellington harbor on Saturday, owing to a leak, was floated off to-day and put on the patent slip. Her damage is slight.
