ELECTION 'OF OFFICERS.

The voting for directors waff as follows: — T. O. Hodgson 602, A. Scrivener 400, R. J. Knuckey 335, T. W. Corbett 330^ B. Dive 265, A. Kemp 172, H. 0, Sergei 1.60, C. White 122, The fir*s four were elected. The' Chairman thanked the shareholders for their appreciation of confidence in him, though he admitted that a mistake had been made in selling the Gutter last year; but the > directors had done what they thought to be in the best interests of the company. -' , Mr W.
