(Receared August 10, 8.40 a..m) CONSTANTINOPLE, Aug. 9. The Sultan invited all the diplomats io attend Friday's function. He thanked them tor tihoir congratulations and reiterated that it wa» his intention to maintain the Integrity of ike Constitution. ConstantinoplQ has resumed its normal aspect. Fifty-four Bulgarian, 16 Greek, 3 Servian, and 32 Moslem bands (including 700 mem-, bars) surrendered and return to their homes, trusting to the new Constitution.
