Sir, — Regarding Mr Sellars' statement in your issue of July 24th,, I beg to state that, after having carefully, gone through the correspondence with the ex-secretary, (Mr Budge) I fihd~ ' that there is no trace of any claim upon 'the A. and P. Association having been . sent in by Mr Sellars. I can, there- i fore flatly deny that Mr Sellars sent in such an account in writing although I ( pressed him to do so on several occasions. I have allowed a fortnight to elapse since his letter appeared So that he might have more time to discover if there was any truth in Mr Sellars' assertions. The Public generally and the A. and P.
