CABINET AUTHORISATIONS.

Cabinet has authorised the construction of a railway wharf # at Nelson to provide 40Q feet of deep sea berthage. A tender for £5652 was accepted for additions to and rebuilding portions of Te Oranga Home at Christchurch ; £500 was authorised for the drainage of Rotorua, and £500 for the Westport-Inan-gahua railway.
