RE-ARRANGEMENT OF PORTFOLIOS.
[PRESS ASSOCIATION.] LONDON, April 13. It is officially announced that the Right Hon. John Morley, Secretary of State for India, , and Sir Henry Fowler, Chancellor of the Duchy of Lamoa&ter, have boon oreated viscounts. Both retain th&ir offices. Alterations in the Cabinet 1 have been made- as follows: — Lord Provident of the Council. — Lord TweedmoutJi (late First Lord ot the Admiralty). Colonial Secretary.— Earl Crewe (late Lord President of the Council). Chancellor of the Exchequer.— - Mr Lloyd George (late President of the Board of Trade). First Lord' of the Aclmiralty.— Mr Reginald McKenna (late Finanoial Secretary of the Treasury). President of the Board 'of Trade. —Mr Winston Churchill (late Un-der-Secre.tary for* the Col«vnios). President, of the Board of frducaitioai — Mr 'WV Bunciman (lato Secretary of the Local Govarunient Board). The above are all members or the Cabinet.
