[PEE3S ASSOCIATION.] GORE, April 10.
Claims totalling £400 against John Dickson, farmer, of Otama, were heard in Court and" judgment was reserved. Claimants were employees, who claim damages for injuries sustained by eating foodstuffs containing poison. It was alleged that a tin of "Havoc" preparation, used for killing California thistle, had fallen and the contents reached the. ;-r,fogdstttffß, thus causing the trouble."
