CHINESE IMMIGRATION.
WELLINGTON, April 5.
The stream of Chinese which is pouring into the Dominion has amounted to 137 new chums, all told for the twelve months ending March. The revenue of the State has consequently been strengthened by £13,700. The total sum collected for the previous, twelve months was £9100 from 91 Chinese.'
