One by one the larger estates near the Borough of Hawera are being subdivided and placed on the market., ?he most recent of these (if not also the, most important) is the celebrated Lakes property, owned by Mr W. E. Dive, and now in the occupation of Messrs Robertson Bros. This property is admirably adapted for dairying, is situate half a mile from the borough boundary, and three-quarters of a mile from the post office and creamery. "As will be seen by advertisement in another column, the land will be offered early in April next, in areas of from 14 to 126 acres.
