LONDON, December 2. In reply to Mr Lloyd-George's invitation for an opinion the Hudders"field Chamber of Commerce declared that an increase in the Australian duty or woollens would necessarily be prejudicial to Huddersfield, but as the Chamber recognises the absolute ri-'ht of the Commonwealth to foster its ov.n industries, and judge the amount of duties, necessary, it does not conaidr-r it desirable to offer any opinion ipgarding the duties.
