RUN DOWN BY MOTOR CYCLE. [PBESS ASSOCIATION-! CHRISTOHURCH, March. 22. An eight-year-old boy named Frederick Gouilay was run into by a motor cycle on the New Brighton beach this afternoon: and sustained injuries from which he died shortay afterwards. The cyclist, William Moorhouse, was practising for the motor races which are to be held on the beach to-morrt>w %f terncon, and wass travelling at i a fast pace, when the boy ran across the jackj #ack He was knocked a^ong a distance of about tea yards, during which he bad ! three nbs bioken and a knee splintered, j besides sustaining other injuries.
