ST. PETERSBURG, March 6
M. ' Golopin, Constitutional Democrat member for Moscow, has been elected President of the Duma.
A street demonstration in which 20,000 took part in St. Petersburg in honor of tho members of the Duma's extreme left, was charged by gendarmes. Many were injured.
