The Nativ« Land Court is sitting in Hawera to-day, and many natives are about town in consequence. An inquest is to be held this evening concerning tho accidental death of Patrick McCarty, which occurred at the Hawera railway station this morning. lac weather has. recently been very hot in Hawera.
