The Borough. Band, being under somewhat heavy expense, chiefly on account of the purchase of new instruments, have inaugurated a series of very enjoyable socials as a means of relief. One ol these took place on Wednesday evening, and was a decided credit to the hard-working committee. There was a good attendance, and the floor and music being excellent the dancing was very pleasant. A suitable supper was provided. The music was supplied by Messrs Schwartz (piano), Slater (cornet), and Millar (violin). A Temisad'OT is given of the addresses on China to be given at the Gospel Hall tonight. The speakers are missionaries, by whom the subject is thoroughly understood. WHY WASTE YOUR MONEY. If yon have rheumatism, gout or sciatica it is useless to hope for a permanent cure from a liniment. You. can expect, at tb.3 beet, nothing but temporary relief. If you want to cure yourself you must deal with the cause which is turic acid in the system. Turner's Bhenmo achieves this object; it drives out the uric acid, and all rheumatic or sciatic pains .at once cease. Mr W. Oakley, pamtear, New Brighton, writes : "I was suffering from a severe attack of rheumatic gout, and got a bottle of Rheumo. After a few doses I was able to shave myself, although before taking it I could not use a knife. I will never be without Rheumo for the future, and will gladly recommend it to my suffering friends.
