WANGANUI ACTION.
[press association.] WELLINGTON.. July 11. In tho Wanganui case, Loan and Mercantile Co. v. Ellen Mitchell, argued on June 27, it was decided that the order made in the Court below would be varied and the action stayed, it being left open to plaintiff to apply to the Supreme Court for leave to amend her statement of claim so as to be a suit for an account only but matters incapable of assignment would have to be excluded.
