COMMERCIAL CONGRESS.
LONDON, July 10. .
The sixth Congress of Chambers of Com merce of tho Empire has opened, 340 delegates being present. Lord Elgin, presid ing, said : "I will watch the discussions on the varioas subjects with the greatest interest in view of any presiding at the Colonial Conference next year."
