If the above are not claimed and expenses paid will be sold in the Hawera Public Pound on Monday, the 16th day of July, 1906, at 12 noon, according to the provisions of the Impounding Act. NOTICE is hereby given that it* is intended to Introduce in the General Assembly of New Zealaud at the next session thereof a Local Bill having for its object the abolition of the Waimat© Read District and in lieu thereof constituting the Waimate North County, comprising the present Waimate Road District and part of the Egmont County, particularly described in the schedule of the said Bill, thereby altering the boundaries of the HaVera and Egmont Counties and merging the said Waimate Road District in the said Waimat* NortS^County. The ' said Local Bill now lies for inspection at the Magistrate's Court Offices, at Manaia.. togetrer with a plan of the proposed new County, the boundaries of the proposed new County being in the said plan edged red.
