It is estimated that three million school children in, Great Britain and elsewhere are celebrating Empire Day to-day.
OTTAWA,. May . 24.
. Five thousand school children and fifteen thousand others in Queen's Park, Toronto, yesterday took part in the ceremony of placing flowers on the statue of the kite 'Queen Victoria, which was covered.
