Ko nomination or acceptance will be ra ecived unless accompanied by the necessary amount in cash. The Taces Nos. 2, 3/ 4, ' 5, and 7 are open to all horses; No. 6 is open 'to the District Trot only; No. 1 is open for all horses that have never before won a race. All races to run under the New Zealand Rules of Racing as near. as possible. Insurance not having been arranged, the Club takes no liability in case of accident to jockeys in any of the races. Protests, accompanied by 10s, > must be in the hands of the Secretory within ten minutes of the finish of the race. The Stewards' decision to be final. Bookmaker's fee, £2 2s ; Games, £1 Is.
