The afternoon service ended about 5 p.m. but tihe people refused to leave the church, and the evening service in consequence wa& commenced almost immediately.
During Mr Roberts' discourse he was frequently interrupted by men and women, who stoodf up and danced' in the pews, •w-«ile praying aJoud. Several womeni fainted, and in one of the front seats a boy of thirteen prayed for fifteen minutes with uplifted hands.
Towards the end of the discourse one man leaped excitedly on to a seat, and', teaming off ibis jacket, waved his hands and shouted incoherently.
