APPEAL COURT.

WELLINGTON, April 10. The case of the Bank of New Zealand v. the Scandinavian Water Race Company was concluded this afternoon in the Court of Appeal. At the close of Mr Solomon's argument. Mr Cutten addressed the Court, after which Mr Hosking replied on behalf of appelants. Judgment was reserved. The. case Plimmer v. Plimmer which is an appeal horn the decision of the Supreme Court will come on for bearing to-morrow. In that Cbinit an action was brought against, the executors of the will of the late John Plimmer, ,of Wellington, • asking the Court, under the provisions of "The Testators Family Maintenance Act, 1900." to provide out of the estate sufficient funds to keep the widow of the testator.
