NEW PLYMOUTH, April 11.
At the Police Court a butcher and a grocer were fined for keeping employees at work after hours.
By arrangement with certain owners of lands affected by the proposed railway deviation the work can be commenced without waiting for gazetting of proclamation, and a start will be made after the Easter holidays.
