The Appeal Court is occupied in hearing the case Plimmer v. Plimmer. In this case the widow of the late John Plimmer, who was receiving- under & separation order the sum of £150 annually when plaintiff died (leaving £36,000), had brought the action in the Supreme Court for a further allowance, and the Court awarded her an additional £1000. The executors now asked the Court to set asid<? the judgment, on the ground that the Supreme Court wrongly exercised its discretion, as the widow was already sufficiently provided fox*
