LONDON, April 10.
An enquiry into tne stranding of the cruiser Donegal showed that it was due to a slip made by a lieutenant on the mark-, ing card showing the course. Captain Grogan was severely tepriraaindied for not seeing the error. Lieutenant Jones forfeited a year's seniority, and was dismissed from the ship.
