NEW PLYMOUTH, January 22. Bryan Henry Darnell, C.E., aged 86 years. Deceased was engineer in cliarge of thie construction of the first section of the railway built in Taranaki. Prior io coming to New Zealand deceased ha<l journalistic experience at the Cape.
