The Napier Golf Clubs- tournament was continued to-day. In the ladies 1 putting" competition Miss Campbell and Miss Braithwaite tied waft 8 each, and in playing off they again tied 3 but on the third trial Miss Braj.thwaite

The men's four-ball bogey was won by E. C. Parce and F. 'C. Berry, with A. A. Kennedy and W. J. Peacock second .--and J. Beat-son, ecu., and F. Crosse third. In th° ladies' championship, thiid round, Mies Scott- beat Miss Rutledge, Miss Braithwaite beat Miss Gorrie, Mtcj Perry beat- Miss Hewlings, Miss Campbell beat Miss L. Davis. Fourth round : "Miss I Scott beat Miss Braithwaite, Mrs Perry beat Miss Campbell. Men's championship, third round : Kurupo Tareha beat F. L! Gordon, JrHarold beat A. Strang, W.
