-Meers BewJey and Griflnns, Kew Ply.mouth, are in receipt of a market report froiOi their London principals, Messrs Mills and Sparrow, dated July 21st, 1905, in which they say : — Butter : The shipment of butter per s.s. Medic has arrived ; eondi--tion generally was good, and prices range .from' 96s up' to 102s, the price for the larger portion being 9& to 995. There prices are in. marked contrast to those rulijig at the same tune last year, the quotations for Australian then ranging from 86s down to as low as 755, Russian and Siberian being quoted at 76s to 84s and the lower grades were slow of 6a.le even at 'these figures. Unless our colonies come, to the rescue we cannot see where the shortage of June arrivals is to be made up.
