ASHBURTON, March 17. Magistrate VVray, after a week's deliberation, has dismissed the caso against Julia Hyland for alleged keeping and exposing of liquor for sale. Tho case against E. J. Smith, hotelkeeper, of Rangitata, for failing to comply with the Licensing Act by giving notice 0 fhaving sent liquor into a no-license district was dismissed.
