The wheat markets are oull, but price** are fairly maintained owing to the conflicting reports as to 'the Argentine*^ lighter shipment and an unfavorable re*' - port concerning the condition of the winy ter wheat. * The American visible supply of wheat and flour is 59,016,000 bushels. Bradford Wool.— CroMbreds are quiet,, but for merinos there is more enquiry. The butter market is dull. Danish is unchanged. Choicest New Zealand, 104 a t ' Victorian, 100s to 102 i s New South Wales. c* to 102s (both occasionally 104s). Recent Australian arrivals are not completely satisfactory, having apparently been carried at too high a temperature.
