WELLINGTON COLLEGE.
WELLINGTON, December 1. The College Governors were occupied this morning for some time discussing the question of the admission of primary school free scholars to Wellington College. A majority of the Board held that they were unable to comply with the Act, ns funds would not permit. It was decided to again allow the matter to stand over.
