In the Supreme Court to-day Farquhar Me Ken we was found guilty of perjury in bis evidence given in the District Court, ana was sentenced to twelve months' imprisonment. Chow Chok was convicted of stealing moneys of a partnership of Chinese market gardeners, anfl got nine months. He admitted that he used a portion of a sum set apart to repay a loan to pay his personal debts, seeming to think that there was nothing felonious in that.
