CALEDONIAN SOCIETY. , At a meeting of directors held last night in the Oddfe«»ws' Hall, a letter from the SoJetary ol the Pipe Band was read and dtafcussed. DRAINAGE BOARD. A committee meeting took place yesterday when a rough draft of by-laws was meW and hanSed to, the board's solicitor, to be moulded into proper shape.
