[PBBSB ASSOCIATION^ (Received October 1, 9.35 a.m.) . , J PARIS, October 1. A padlocked postal van containing Egyptian, Italian, and French mails for America, was entered between Paris and Rouen. Ninety-one bags were ripped open, and securities of considerable value stolen.
